Lâncome Teinte Miracle

Hello loves!!

Today I want to talk about an incredible product! I got a free small sample of the new foundation Lâncome Teinte Miracle. I got the tone 03, which was a bit too yellowish for me, but anyways, it left me an incredibly looking skin and face!! I have acne, as I’ve said before, and I also have pretty ugly under eye circles, and even though I applied it with my fingers (which I usually don’t) it covered all the imperfections I had! I have to say I didn’t apply concealer before, that’s why I’m so impressed hahaha Since my skin is oily, my face had shiny areas on my face, but you can cover them with translucent powders. I don’t know the price, but I believe it is around 30-40€/$. I truly recommend it if you like light yet covering foundations.

Hoy os quiero hablar de un producto increíble! Me regalaron una muestra pequeña de la nueva base de maquillaje de Lâncome Teinte Miracle. Me la dieron en el tono 03, el cual resulta ser un poco amarillento para mí, pero aun así, me dejó una piel increíblemente uniforme! Yo sufro de acné, como dije anteriormente, y también tengo bastantes ojeras, y aunque me lo apliqué con los dedos (cosa que nunca hago de normal) y me cubrió todas las imperfecciones que tenía! He de decir que no me apliqué corrector antes, por eso me ha impresionado tanto jajaja Ya que mi piel es grasa, tuve unos cuantos brillitos, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar aplicando unos polvos translúcidos. No sé el precio exacto, pero supongo que estará alrededor de los 40-50€/$. Os recomiendo esta base si os gustan los maquillajes ligeros y cubrientes.

Loud&Lovely M.A.C.

Holaaa!!

La verdad, antes de comenzar la entrada, he de deciros que estoy en época de exámenes y que no pensaba escribir nada hasta diciembre. Pero me parecía un pecado jajajaj

Hoy os voy a hablar de mi única adquisición de M.A.C., ya que aunque me encanta esta marca, es demasiado cara como para comprarme muchas cosas. Pues bien, ya que sólo podía comprarme una cosa decidí comprarme un Cremesheen Glass, un brillo vamos.Elegí un color que a mí personalmente me encanta, un rosa chicle super chillón que en el “idioma M.A.C.” se llama Loud&Lovely. La dependienta me lo probó y queda muy bonito, aparte de que está muy pigmentado. Dura bastante, pero durará más si usáis un lápiz de labios. Lo que más me sorprendió fue el aroma, ya que huele como a galletas!! Jajaja El precio fue de 19.95€ y lo podéis encontrar en cualquier stand M.A.C. del Corte Inglés o tienda M.A.C., si es que tenéis la suerte de tener una cerca!!

I wasn’t going to write an entry until December or so since I’m on exam period. But I couldn’t resist hahaha

So, today I’m going to talk about my only M.A.C. acquisition for now, though I love this brand, it’s too expensive for me to buy lots of things. Well, since I could only pick one thing, I decided to get a Cremesheen Glass. I picked a color which I personally like a lot, a hot pink that in “M.A.C.’s language” is Loud&Lovely. The saleswoman made me try it and it stayed on pretty well, and it is really pigmented. It lasts a while, but it will last longer if you use a lip liner before. What surprised me the most was the scent, since it smells like cookies!! Haha Here in Spain it costs 19.95€ (around 23$, 25£ ??). You may find it in any M.A.C. store, if you’re so lucky that you’ve got one near!!

Myths // Mitos

Hello!

Today I’m going to talk about come myths that I’ve been hearing about all over the internet and especially in blogs and Youtube channels.

MYTH 1: BAKING SODA TO GET WHITE TEETH. This is harmful for your teeth, and it’ll be like a bomb if you mix it with lemon juice, which I’ve heard too. This is because cooking baking soda has really big particles that provoke the wear of tooth enamel. The tooth enamel is the first layer on a tooth, which means you expose the next layer to all the microorganisms on your mouth, increasing the probability of getting caries. Anyways, this is a FALSE myth that you shouldn’t try. If you really want to whiten your teeth try one of these tooth pastes, recommended to me by my dentist: FKD or Colgate White.

MYTH 2: TOOTHPASTE ON YOUR PIMPLES.I’ve tried it and first of all it doesn’t work and I look stupid with a white spot on my face hahaha. Second, it’s harmful for your skin since it has strong ingredients to clean your teeth. It has abrasive properties which will damage your skin instead of treating it correctly. I do not recommend this at all. Instead, if you’d like a pimple to stop growing, when it is red and hurting, you can apply some cologne for children like Nenuco, Petite Cherie, or any of Johnsons&Johnsons.

My recommendation is to use each product for what and where it is meant to be used.

Hoy os voy a hablar de algunos mitos que he escuchado por internet y especialmente en blogs y en canals de youtube.

MITO 1: BICARBONATO PARA BLANQUEAR LOS DIENTES. Esto es muy perjudicial para los dientes, y es como una bomba si encima se mezcla con jugo de limón, cosa que también he oído por ahí. Esto es porque el bicarbonato sódico de cocina tiene unas partículas muy grandes que provocan un daño importante al esmalte de los dientes. El esmalte es la capa más externa del diente, por lo tanto estarás exponiendo tus dientes a los microorganismos de la boca y así aumentando el riesgo a tener caries. Este mito es FALSO, y no deberíais probarlo. Si de verdad queréis blanquear vuestros dientes utilizad una de estas pastas recomendadas por mi dentista: Dentiblanc, FKD o Colgate White.

MITO 2: PASTA DE DIENTES EN LOS GRANOS. Debo decir que lo he probado y a parte de que no funciona, parecía tonta con una mancha blanca en la cara jajaja. Es dañino para la peil, ya que tiene ingredientes fuertes para limpiar los dientes. Los dentífricos tienen propiedades abrasivas que perjudicarán la piel en lugar de tratarla correctamente. Si queréis paliar el crecimiento de un granito, aplicaros colonia de niños como Nenuco, Petite Cherie o cualquiera de Johnsons&Johnsons.

Mi recomendación es que utilicéis cada producto como y para dónde esté hecho para ser utilizado.

My cherry shower gel/ Mi gel de ducha de cereza

Hola!

Hoy os voy a hablar del gel que utilizo actualmente. No suelo repetir geles, pero este huele tan TAN bien que no me he podido resistir. Es el gel de ducha de Palmolive NB de flor de cerezo. Huele muy bien y el aroma dura mucho tiempo en la piel, además de que te la deja super suave. El olor es dulce, como de flor jajaja Es muy cremoso y hace mucha espuma, lo cual adorooo. A mí me dura como mucho un mes. Aquí en España lo venden en perfumerías, Carrefour, etc. El precio es de un 3€ y pico.

Today I’m going to talk about the shower gel I’m using right now. I don’t usually repeat the same shower gel, but this one smells SOOO good that I couldn’t resist myself. I’m talking about the shower gel cherry blossom from Palmolive NB. It smells really good, sweet, like flower hahaha The scent lasts all day on your skin and leaves it very soft. It’s really creamy and makes lots of foam and bubbles, which I loooove! It lasts for about a month. I believe you’ll be able to find it at any supermarket. It’s price is about 3€/$.

Lemon squeezy!!

Hola genteee!

Hoy vengo con un mini truco que aprendí de la maquilladora norte americana Kandee Johnson. La verdad es que la sigo desde hace bastante tiempo y siempre consigue sorprenderme.

Como ya comenté, además de tener la piel grasa tengo acné. Ando desesperada desde que lo tengo, es decir, desde hace unos 5 años. He probado de todo, y lo iré comentando por aquí. En fin, que como me he tragado tantos videos y remedios caseros, un día di con este. Es un exfoliante completamente natural. ¿Qué puede haber más natural que limón y azúcar?

Os comento el proceso. Cogéis un disco de algodón y le echáis un poco de jugo de limón. Sobre esto ponéis un poco de azúcar. Antes de aplicároslo, os laváis la cara con agua tibia para que los poros se abran y podáis realizar una limpieza eficaz. Secáis la cara un poco, y con el disco os aplicáis el “mejunje” este por la cara. Cuando terminéis, os laváis bien la cara y os secáis con un trozo de papel. Os garantizo que os quedará muy suave, eso sí, no os paséis apretando porque os quedará la cara roja.

Lo que ocurre es que entre los ácidos del limón y el arrastre que produce el azúcar, se eliminan células muertas de la cara.

Today I come with a mini trick that I learned from the american make-up artista Kandee Johnson. I follow her for some time now and she always surprises me with something!

Like I said, I have oily skin AND acne. I’ve been desperate since I’ve had it, about 5 years ago til now. Anyways, since I’ve seen so many videos and homemade remedies, I found this randomly. It is a completely natural exfoliant. What is more natural than lemon and sugar?

The process is as follows. You have to pour some lemon juice and sugar on a cotton pad. Before applying it, wash you face gently with cool water so that you pore open being the method more effective. Then, apply the “stuff” on your face moving it in circles and not pressing a lot!! Your face will be soft!
