Today I come with some great news! I’m finally getting a REAL acne treatment. Since it hasn’t been treated properly in the past, the dermatologist had to give me some pills called Roaccutane (Isotretinoin). This has very harsh effects and therefore I’ll have to keep a really strict diet controlled with blood tests. I don’t really care, since I know this will FINALLY make my face somewhat perfect, at least better than now. I’ll be posting more about this as I’ll start taking the pills next week.
Today, I’ll recommend an organic facial soap which helped me a lot with my acne. It obviously didn’t take it away, but my face is much better since then. One year ago, I started using on daily basis organic green clay soap. You may find it in stores with organic-natural beauty products. Around the world, I’m not sure where to find them, but I bought it from a little store in a town called Morella. (http://www.aromesdemorella.com/index-2.html) Its price was 4.40€ for 100g of the product. The smell is not bad, to me is sort of neutral.
How I used it: While I get in the shower, I get the soap as if I was going to wash my hands until I see some foam on my hands. Then, I apply this foam on my face with a circular motion. I leave it on until I am ready to get out of the shower, and then I rinse it with some water.
I really recommend it to keep your oily skin as clean as possible!

¡Hoy vengo con buenas noticias! Por fin me van a dar un tratamiento de verdad para el acné. Como anteriormente no se me dio uno efectivo, ahora la dermatóloga opina que lo mejor que me puede venir son las pastillas llamadas Roaccutane (Isotretinoina). Tienen una gran variedad de efectos secundarios bastante fuertes y por lo tanto tendré que mantener una dieta bastante estricta además de un constante control a través de análisis de sangre. Sinceramente, no me importa, porque sé que POR FIN esto perfeccionará algo la piel, o por lo menos me la mejorará. Os iré contando como me va, ya que empiezo a tomarlas la semana que viene.
Mi recomendación para hoy es un jabón facial natural hecho de arcilla verde, el cual me ayudó un montón en el tema acné. Obviamente, no lo hizo desaparecer, pero mi piel se vio muy mejorada. Hace un año empecé a utilizarlo Yo me lo compré de una tienda llamada Aromes de Morella, que está en el pueblo de Morella. Podéis ver todos sus productos en su página web: http://www.aromesdemorella.com/index-2.html 100g del producto me costaron 4.40€, y aun me dura. El olor no es malo, para mí es muy neutro.
Como lo utilizo: Mientras me ducho, cojo el jabón y lo froto entre mis manos como si me las fuese a lavar. Esa espumita que se forma, se aplica en la cara con movimientos circulares. Se deja actuar unos minutos mientras terminas de ducharte, y luego ya te aclaras la cara con un poco de agua.
Realmente recomiendo este jabón para mantener las pieles grasas lo más limpias posible.
